What forms should I be filling out in order to compete at Provincials?
Refer to the Entry Forms section of this website to download the needed forms. These forms should be completed by local festival administrators along with local festival adjudicators while local festivals are in process.
How do I know what to do, where to go, and what is expected of me?
All competitors who have been recommended to the Provincial Festival will receive a Competitor’s Letter from their Local Festival. If you haven’t received one, please check at your local level.
I need an accompanist, how do I find one?

Will I have a chance to rehearse in the performance venue at Provincials?
This year the festival organization has decided to eliminate all official rehearsals (except for Music Theatre). Please check your competitor’s letter for more details.
Where should I stay while I am in New Glasgow?

Where do I find the rules and expectations for competing?
The Provincial Syllabus (found on this site), as well as your Competitor’s letter should have all the necessary rules and requirements. Please make sure you have read and understood everything so that your experience at the Festival can be as positive and exciting as possible.
